South West general practitioners are invited to an approach to renal syndromes education eveningpresented by Dr Mohd Azlan Mohd Hashim (Dr Azlan). Dr Azlan is an adult nephrologist and general medicine specialist. Having graduated from Monash University in Melbourne, Dr Azlan has completed training across Victoria, the Northern Territory and Western Australia. With a focus on patient-centred care, Dr Azlan’s areas of interest include acute kidney injury, management of chronic kidney disease, pre-dialysis workup and post renal transplant.
