Rural Health West is proud to support more than 1,000 outreach health services across rural and remote Western Australia (WA) to improve access to healthcare for rural communities. We administer outreach services on behalf of the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care and are the jurisdictional Fundholder of five of their service delivery programs in WA. 

Rural Health Outreach Services

Rural Health Outreach Services that have been approved for delivery between 1 July 2024 and 30 June 2025 are listed in the table below.

Please note, visit dates for upcoming services are added as they are confirmed and are subject to change. Rural Health West recommends contacting the service provider or host facility to confirm visit dates.

Most visiting services require that patients are referred by local health providers. Patients should contact their local GP or health provider to be referred into visiting services.

Visits information is refreshed hourly during normal business hours.
