The WA Rural Health Excellence Awards honour those who have made significant contributions to rural health, improving the quality and accessibility of healthcare for people living in remote and regional areas. This prestigious event shines a spotlight on the dedication and commitment of healthcare professionals whose work has a profound impact on the lives of rural residents.

Since 2008, Rural Health West has proudly hosted these annual awards, formerly known as the WA Country Doctors Awards. In 2017, we partnered with the WA Country Health Service to co-host this remarkable event, further strengthening our commitment to recognising excellence in rural health.

The Awards are a highlight of the WA Rural Health Weekend, bringing together finalists, winners, their families, friends, and colleagues for a night of celebration and recognition. It’s an opportunity to applaud the remarkable efforts of those who ensure that rural communities receive the high-quality healthcare they deserve.

Tickets are essential.
