Collaborative approaches to dementia care: Integrating disciplines for better patient outcomes

The Midwest-Gascoyne Health Professionals Network is pleased to host an evening for health professionals, presented by Professor Leon Flicker.

Leon is director of the Western Australian Centre for Health and Ageing. His research activities have focused on the major health issues of older people, especially cognitive impairment and dementia. In 2017 he was honored to receive an Officer of the Order of Australia for his contributions to geriatric medicine and dementia prevention and care.
