Beyond saying ‘Just Exercise’: Why standard advice falls short
Focusing on patients with significant weight loss goals, and the role weight loss drugs prescription, in addition to exercise, can result in long-term health gains.

Presented by Sherylyn Fimmel an exercise physiologist who specialises in prescribing exercise and education as first line treatment and adjunct therapy for chronic disease management, as well as providing preventative health exercise programs and education for people at risk of disease. Sherylyn has previously worked at Fiona Stanley Hospital specialising in working with clients with specific weight loss needs.
