The Great Southern Health Professionals Network and Regional Training Hubs (RTH) invite you to join Dr Cliff Neppe (Obstetrician and Gynaecologist) and several guest speakers for the final session of the three part series on menopause. This final session will be dedicated to the intersection of nutrition, exercise and natural therapies and is designed for health professionals looking to deepen their understanding of how dietary choices and holistic approaches can impact menopause and pelvic health.

The session will cover evidence-based dietary recommendations, the benefits of types of physical activity and how integrating natural therapies such as herbal supplements and mindfulness can enhance menopause and pelvic health outcomes.
