Uncovering near misses and red flags in cancer detection.

Presented by:

  • Dr Kate Borchard is an experienced dermatologist specialising in skin cancer treatment, Mohs surgery and dermatological care. Dr Borchard will discuss practical changes that make a meaningful difference to patient outcomes, safe skin examination techniques, red flag lesion behaviour and recognition, and appropriate referral pathways.
  • Dr Jeremy Ng is a dermatologist specialising in medical and surgical dermatology. His clinical interests include skin cancer, acne, eczema, psoriasis, male genital dermatology and injectable therapies for axillary hyperhidrosis.
  • Jacqui Macnish is a cancer nurse consultant and oncology co-ordinator at WACHS. Jacqui will discuss the various cancer support services offered in the South West.
