The WA Rural Health Conference 2026 will take place at the Crown Convention Centre Perth on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 March 2026.

The conference will be a unique opportunity to connect with passionate health professionals from a variety of disciplines, all committed to delivering essential healthcare services across rural WA. By bringing together dedicated experts under one roof, the conference aimed to spark meaningful connections, exchange valuable insights, and drive innovations – all with the goal of strengthening healthcare in our rural communities.

The 2026 theme Future-Proofing Rural Health: Innovation, Equity, and Resilience invites us to look ahead and reimagine the future of rural healthcare altogether.

As rural and remote communities across Western Australia face evolving health challenges from climate change to workforce shortages and technological transformation.  The need to future-proof rural healthcare has never been more pressing. This theme focuses on preparing for the next decade of rural health by embracing innovation, ensuring equity, and building resilient systems and communities. It invites collaboration across sectors to drive impactful, sustainable, and culturally-safe health outcomes for all who call rural WA home.
