Our presenters are highly passionate about the topics they are presenting on with the lived experience of delivering health outcomes in the Kimberley region. Whether or not you need a little upskilling or just interested in the topic, these free sessions are a great way to learn and connect with your fellow Health Professionals.

Diabetes WA Connect – a new way to help clinicians with diabetes management in the Kimberley.
Seng Khee is a graduate of the University of Western Australia, with physician and specialist training in Endocrinology. He completed his PhD research in human insulin physiology at the
Garvan Institute before returning to Perth to commence his position as an Endocrinologist at Royal Perth Hospital in 2002 where he continues currently, including a 12-year role as previous Head of Department.
As an Associate Professor in his Clinical Academic role at the University of Western Australia, Seng has research interests in diabetes complications and is involved with the UWA MD program in the areas of clinical skills development and assessment. His interests also extend into supporting new models of service delivery and improving access to care for patients with diabetes.
