Critical conversations – An introduction to an approach that will help you address conflict or difficult conversations in any context, suitable for humans/professionals of different backgrounds, experiences and interests.  Presented by Psychosocial worker Astrid Gerrits who is a Dutch-trained psychosocial worker with her own private practice and experience in academic medical (N/P/ICU, child oncology), correctional, mental health, disability and family law services.

She has a passion for relationships and is one of few that doesn’t consider conflict a dirty word. Outside her counselling and mediation practice with individuals, couples and families, she teaches mediators globally in her Broome developed model of dispute resolution in which she has incorporated restorative practice.
