  • 20 years of pharmacy experience across tertiary hospitals and WA Country Health Service
  • Special focus on perimenopause, menopause and healthy ageing
  • Provides evidence based, person centred menopause consultations, including education around MHT, symptom management and lifestyle considerations.
  • Works collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals to support women through midlife
  • Co-Founder of Pause Health, an Australian pharmacist education company focused on improving pharmacists’ knowledge, confidence and skills in menopause care
  • Regular presenter and educator for pharmacists, healthcare professionals, workplaces and community groups across Western Australia
  • Passionate about improving menopause health literacy and access to evidence-based care in rural and regional communities
  • Telehealth consultations available Australia wide, with clinic consultations available in Perth and regional WA by arrangement
