Rural Health West and The Kimberley Health Professionals Network would like to invite you to join us for a wound care workshop event presented by Beth Sperring (clinical nurse consultant) and Donna Larsen (nurse practitioner) from Royal Perth Bentley Group who will demonstrate how to assess and manage chronic and acute wounds.
We will discuss dressing selection, compression therapy and bandaging. Case studies will be utilised for discussion and provide participants the opportunity to ‘touch, feel and apply’ many of the dressing products currently in use.
Please bring some of the dressings you currently use.
Interaction is encouraged so come prepared to discuss and further develop skills in the management of wounds.
