Mental Health Professional
We’re seeking an experienced Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team in Kununurra and provide responsive, trauma-informed support to people living with chronic health conditions. In this role, you’ll deliver short-term counselling and focused psychological strategies, complete assessments and care plans, contribute to case conferencing, and collaborate with local mental health, AOD and community services to strengthen integrated pathways. You may also provide outreach support and help guide developing practitioners through supervision and mentoring.
Social Worker
Join a dynamic new initiative in Kununurra as an experienced Social Worker and help improve access to holistic, culturally responsive care for people with chronic conditions. Working alongside GPs, nurses, Aboriginal Health Practitioners and other allied health staff, you’ll provide coordinated, trauma-informed support and empower individuals through advocacy, education and care planning. Podiatrist – Part Time or FIFO (0.5FTE)
We’re seeking an experienced Podiatrist to join our team in Kununurra, with part-time or FIFO (0.5 FTE) options available from Perth, Darwin or Broome. As part of a 12-month initiative to strengthen coordinated chronic condition care, you’ll deliver evidence-based assessments, personalised treatment plans, wound and foot-health education, and participate in multidisciplinary care planning. You’ll also collaborate with local services, support integrated care pathways and contribute to developing podiatry workflows and procedures.
Physiotherapist
We’re looking for an experienced, community-minded Physiotherapist to join our growing allied health team in Kununurra and support people living with chronic and complex conditions. In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based physiotherapy, design tailored exercise and rehabilitation programs, provide education to boost self-management and health literacy, and offer care across clinic, home and community settings. You’ll also collaborate closely with local providers through shared care planning and multidisciplinary case conferencing to strengthen integrated physiotherapy pathways.
Chronic Conditions Nurse|
We’re seeking a Chronic Conditions Nurse to play a key clinical and leadership role in a 12-month initiative improving multidisciplinary care for people with chronic and complex conditions in Kununurra. You’ll support GPs with chronic condition and mental health care plans, deliver person-centred and culturally safe care, and help integrate our new allied health program into a coordinated model of care. Working with local partners and the Kununurra Integrated Care Clinical Action Group, you’ll strengthen service pathways and inter-agency collaboration.
